If you read/saw The Devil Wears Prada, you are gonna loooooove  R.J. Cutler’s (The War Room) latest documentary-style film. The September Issue is a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Vogue Magazine’s always anticipated September issue, specifically their 2007 September issue (remember that issue with Sienna Miller on the cover…it was the size of the yellow pages?!).

Love her or hate her, there’s no denying the power Anna Wintour has wielded in the fashion industry over the past 20 years. Two thumbs up for this film (and this isn’t just ‘cuz I worked in the magazine biz, swear). Put on your party shoes–trust me, you’ll be glad you put your best fashion foot forward–and go see this film.
